Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
PayPal: Refunds are typically returned to your PayPal account within 24 hours.
⚠️ High-Risk Transactions: Orders flagged due to mismatched customer information and bank/payment details may be automatically classified as high-risk and refunded.
Refund Options
Non-Delivery: Full refund issued.
Partial Delivery: Refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
Example: If half of the service is completed, you will receive a 50% refund.
Voucher Option: Instead of a cash refund, you may choose to receive a voucher/credit for future purchases.
Important Note
If you choose to cancel an order without any error or fault on our side, refunds are generally not provided.
